Specialties

I specialize in working with women who have experienced narcissistic abuse within their family of origin or intimate relationships, as well as AuDHD women navigating burnout, past trauma, masking, people-pleasing patterns, and the pressure to perform in demanding personal and professional roles. I am especially passionate about supporting clients with insecure attachment styles (anxious, avoidant, or disorganized) who are seeking a space to heal and break cycles of generational trauma. I am also neurodivergent and have personal lived experience with the intersections of CPTSD, OCD, autism, and parental narcissism within my family of origin. I also have a chronic illness and dyscalculia, and I believe that self-disclosure and can help create spaces where clients feel more understood, less alone, and less pressured to mask their experiences.

I also developed a specialized emetophobia treatment protocol that integrates Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) through a structured blend of individual and family-supported sessions. Treatment is guided by outcome measures using validated emetophobia inventories to inform planning and monitor symptom reduction over time.

With children, I utilize play-based therapy and parent–child interaction approaches, particularly for trauma, OCD, sextortion/internet safety/trust building, and separation anxiety/blended family issues. I also support teens who benefit from a safe, trusted therapeutic space, especially when navigating family-of-origin or blended-family stress, disordered eating patterns, identity development, gender dysphoria, and relationship or friendship challenges.

Overall, I have experience supporting clients healing from cultural and intergenerational trauma, sexual trauma, birth and reproductive trauma, chronic illness and medical trauma, caregiver stress and caregiving-related trauma, traumatic loss, grief/complicated grief, as well as OCD, infidelity recovery, depression, anxiety, C-PTSD, specific phobias, binge-type coping behaviors, body dysmorphia, agoraphobia, and body-focused repetitive behaviors (e.g., skin picking, nail biting, and hair pulling). I also enjoy working with couples seeking to strengthen communication, rebuild trust following relational injuries, navigate life transitions, deepen emotional connection, and create more fulfilling relationships. I provide affirming, inclusive care for clients with diverse and minority identities, including LGBTQIA+ individuals.

At this time, my caseload is intentionally aligned with my specialized training and clinical focus. If your needs fall outside this scope, I am happy to provide referrals to trusted colleagues to ensure you receive the best possible care.
